ABOUT NO COOKBOOKS ALLOWED
No Cookbooks Allowed is a tribute to special dishes, traditions and history we each hold near and dear. The plates shared are hardly documented in step-by-step recipes - they are rarely transcribed and, instead, are passed down from generation to generation. The dishes are made from the heart and mind -- in some cases, even survival. We hope to honor these recipes and continue traditions.
